Cindy Yarnell is a Certified Bio-Energy Healing Advanced Practitioner, and Level 1 Teacher with a heartfelt passion for holistic wellness and helping others discover the benefits of Bio-Energy Healing.
Cindy’s journey began in 2020 when she experienced a profound personal transformation and healing through Bio-Energy Healing after struggling with chronic, debilitating back pain. This life-changing experience inspired her to learn more about this healing modality and share it with others.
Since becoming certified in 2022, Cindy has continued to deepen her knowledge and skills, completing additional training in 2025 to become an Advanced Practitioner and Certified Level 1 Teacher.
Today, Cindy is passionate about sharing Bio-Energy Healing with her community and supporting others on their personal wellness journeys. She feels truly grateful to share a modality that has had such a meaningful impact on her own life.

About a year ago, I went to see Cindy for a single session. For the year prior, I had been dealing with chronic hip pain that I knew was connected to emotional trauma. The pain was so severe that there were multiple occasions when I couldn't get up off the floor and simply had to lie there. On one occasion, the pain was so intense that I was taken away by ambulance.
After just one session with Cindy, my hip has not given me any trouble since. While I still experience occasional tightness, that sharp, unbearable pain completely disappeared.

My cycles are so much better and have become longer and my symptoms have decreased. Lower back pain is minimal and my hip is so much better, I sleep better and am a lot less anxious! This treatment has definitely improved my life!
